Description

Here is the technical description of the Tyrolia Attack Hybrid 11 MN/PT binding (model 2025/2026) in French:

Product description

The Tyrolia Attack Hybrid 11 is a revolutionary freerando binding. It's a "hybrid" system that transforms a high-performance downhill binding into a touring binding by simply changing the front stop, without tools.

Technical code meanings

  • MN (Multi-Norm): The binding is compatible with all boot standards on the market (Alpine ISO 5355, GripWalk ISO 23223 and Rando ISO 9523).

  • PT (Pin Technology): Indicates that it includes a pin stop for climbing.

  • BR. 95: Brake width of 95 mm (ideal for skis with a runner between 85 mm and 95 mm).

  • 11: DIN value adjustable from 3 to 11 (suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers).

  • s.bk/si : Satin Black / Silver color finish.

How the Hybrid System works

The system is based on two interchangeable front stops that you carry in your bag:

  1. Downhill mode (Alpine): You use the FR PRO3 stop. It offers the legendary safety and power transmission of the Attack range for hard piste and freeride riding.

  2. Climb mode (Touring): Slide the Almonte insert stop onto the rail. It's ultra-light and allows natural movement when climbing in touring boots with inserts.

  3. Heel retainer: Remains the same for both modes, but features an integrated ascent wedge (0° / 9°) to facilitate ascent.

Highlights

  • Maximum safety: Unlike a pure rando binding, you get true alpine safety certification for descents.

  • Optimized weight: 30% carbon construction reduces weight without sacrificing rigidity.

  • Total versatility: A single ski for resort skiing in the morning and touring in the afternoon.
