Returns and Warranty
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is possible. Max Ski Service agrees to pay shipping costs for a return only if the merchandise is received damaged or if there is an error in the order. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return of the product.
Please note that the product photo may differ slightly from the purchased product.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them. They must never have been worn or washed and must still have their original tags and packaging. You have 15 business days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund via email at info@maxskiservice.com or by phone at +1 (819) 425-3695. If you request a refund, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
*For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, ski goggles, neck warmers, and balaclavas are not exchangeable or refundable.
Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale Items (Less than 30% off): These items are not refundable. However, they can be exchanged or credited in-store.
Clearance Items (30% off or more): These are considered final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be granted.
Out of Stock Products
We constantly work to update our website inventory. However, it is possible for a product to go out of stock while we are processing your order. Should this happen, you will be notified immediately by email. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. It is therefore important to check your emails in the days following your order.
Warranty
Max Ski Service adheres to the warranty rules and policies of each individual manufacturer. Warranties are fulfilled by the manufacturers; however, shipping costs are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Replacement, credit, or repair is at the manufacturer's discretion.
To honor a warranty, manufacturers require:
- Proof of purchase;
- Items must be clean.
Max Ski Service offers a return service to manufacturers. The round-trip process can take up to six (6) weeks for shipments within Quebec and up to eight (8) weeks for shipments outside of Quebec.
