Description
The HEAD/Tyrolia Freeflex 11 GW is the lighter and more accessible version of the high-performance Freeflex binding. It incorporates the technologies of its older siblings (Freeflex 14 and 16) while targeting a wider audience.
It is an excellent binding for intermediate advanced to light expert skiers who seek the feel and flexibility of a racing binding without needing an extreme DIN range.
Features
| Feature | Description |
| DIN Range | 3.0 to 11.0. Ideal for the majority of adult skiers (advanced, but not extremely heavy or aggressive) who ski at a good speed but need a lower release value for safety. |
| Freeflex Technology | This is the main asset. The heel is semi-floating, allowing the ski to flex naturally under the binding. This ensures optimal contact with the snow during the turn, improving control and energy out of the turn. |
| Butée (Toe Piece) | It uses a compact and light toe piece, optimized for good boot centering and reliable release. |

The Freeflex 11 GW is often sold in a package with high-performance carving or sporty All-Mountain skis (like the less radical versions of the Supershape ranges). It offers high-quality power transmission and the fluidity of Freeflex in a lighter package, easier to adjust, and safer for skiers with a DIN below 12.
