It is one of the brand's most iconic models.

The "Race Car" of All-Mountain Skis
The MX88 is often compared to a sports car (Porsche or Ferrari) for its feel:
Power and Stability: Thanks to its double Titanal construction and its minimally rockered profile (light Tip Rocker and Fast Grip Tail), it offers incredible stability and diabolical grip on hard and icy snow. It is made for speed and big carved turns (carving).
Surgical Precision: Torsional stiffness is exceptional. It responds immediately to the slightest input and demands an engaged and technical skier. It is not very tolerant of errors or lack of commitment.
"Sporty" Versatility: With its 88 mm underfoot, it is wide enough to float in fresh snow (within reason) and pass through choppy snow (crud), but it excels primarily when the snow is firm. It is considered the most "frontside" (piste-oriented) in its category.
Who is it for?
The skier who spends 70% to 80% of their time on the piste, but wants enough waist width not to sink when looking for a bit of fresh snow on the side of the piste.
The expert skier who wants a powerful, heavy, and dampened ski that never chatters, even at prohibited speeds.
The turn radius of this ski is rather long, which confirms its orientation towards high-speed stability and large carved turns (carving), typical of All-Mountain race skis.
| Ski Length | Turn Radius (meters) | Sidecuts (mm) |
