How to measure

Compare the waist, chest and belt measurements with our measurement chart to help you determine what size to buy.

Measurement instructions to find your size
Waistline

First, measure your body length. The dotted line on the drawing of the bodies refers to the waist line. The waist line is defined as 5cm above the supra cristal-plane (the top of your hip bone) on a subject of 1,78 m. This length (5cm) should be scaled pro rata with your actual height.

The waistline is defined as 5 cm above the top of your hip bone on a person of 1,78. This length (5cm) should be scaled proportional with your actual height. So for example, if you are 165 cm tall, your waist line is about 2 cm above your hip bone.

Chest and Belt

Then measure chest and belt. This varies a lot from person to person, so we encourage you to be thorough on this.
