The Madshus Panorama Explorer is a high-performance backcountry ski boot designed specifically for the Rottefella Xplore binding system.
It is designed for skiers looking for the ideal compromise between long-distance stride efficiency and sufficient lateral stability to master descents in unmarked terrain.

Performance profile
The Panorama Explorer is Madshus' "top of the pyramid" for the modern backcountry. It's more rugged and protective than older models like the Glittertind, yet much lighter than a traditional leather telemark boot. It excels on multi-day outings involving deep snow, icy traverses and moderate slopes.
Expert's tip: it's often advisable to choose a half-size up if you're wearing thick wool socks, to ensure good blood circulation and prevent toes from bottoming out on descents.
